Role Descriptions
President
Leads the organization, runs meetings, supports coordinators, and helps ensure programs operate smoothly and fairly.
Vice President
Supports the President, helps coordinate priorities, fills gaps where needed, and assists with special projects and communication.
Secretary
Tracks meeting notes, helps maintain records, and keeps key updates organized and accessible.
Treasurer
Manages finances, tracks income/expenses, supports budgets, and helps keep reporting and payments accurate and timely.
Schedule Coordinator
Coordinates game and practice scheduling, communicates changes, and helps keep field use organized and conflict-free.
Tournament Director
Coordinates tournament planning and operations, supports team communication, and helps ensure a smooth event experience.
Concessions Coordinator
Organizes concession operations, staffing/coverage, and helps keep game days supported and running smoothly.
Volunteer / Personnel Coordinator
Helps coordinate volunteers (concessions and events), communicates coverage needs, and supports a smooth handoff for new helpers.

Equipment Manager
Tracks association equipment, helps coordinate distribution/collection, and flags replacement needs so game days run smoothly.

Web Master
Maintains website content and links, keeps program pages current, and supports registration/tournament page updates as needed.
Park Superintendent
Oversees park and field readiness, coordinates maintenance priorities, and supports safe, playable facilities for games and tournaments.
Baseball Coordinator
Supports baseball divisions, helps coaches, coordinates needs with fields/operations, and keeps the season running smoothly.
Youth Softball Coordinator
Supports youth softball divisions, assists coaches and families, and coordinates needs and communication through the season.
Adult Softball Coordinator
Coordinates adult softball league logistics, communication, and season needs with teams and field operations.
UIC (Umpire-in-Chief)
Oversees umpire coordination, helps with assignments/coverage, and supports consistent game operations and expectations.
Sponsorships / Scholarships
Coordinates sponsor outreach and recognition, helps manage scholarship processes, and supports access and community partnerships.
Public Relations
Supports community messaging, promotion, announcements, and helps keep families informed across seasons and events.
Disciplinary Chair
Helps address conduct concerns using clear expectations and fair processes, and supports a safe, respectful environment for everyone.
Legion
Supports Legion-level programming and coordination as needed (communication, logistics, and seasonal planning).
