Tournament Overview

The Mother’s Day Classic is a PYA-hosted baseball tournament created to honor the moms who make it all happen. From the early mornings to the late nights, moms keep teams moving, families supported, and players encouraged. This weekend is our way of saying thank you.

Game Guarantee: All teams are guaranteed three games.

Mother’s Day Gift: Each mother will receive a small gift from their player during the weekend.

Pitching: Pitch Machine (7U–8U) • Kid Pitch (9U–14U)

Important Notes

Ages, Divisions & Rules

We will be combining ages where applicable:

• 7U & 8U will play 8U rules
• 9U & 10U will play 10U rules
• 11U & 12U will play 12U rules
• 13U & 14U will play 14U rules

Division capacity (same as Pack the Park Baseball):

• 7U/8U: up to 10 teams
• 9U/10U: up to 6 teams
• 11U/12U: up to 6 teams
• 13U/14U: up to 6 teams

If a division is full, you may still register and will be placed on a waitlist. If another division does not reach its max team count, we may adjust and add additional teams to other divisions. This is first come, first serve.

Game Officials

Umpires may include a mix of experienced officials and developing officials as part of our training efforts. We appreciate patience and sportsmanship as we continue building a strong umpire program.

Format & Recognition

Tournament format will be set by division once enrollment is complete (pool play / bracket details depend on team count). 1st and 2nd place teams will be recognized in each division.

Weather Refund Guarantee:

• 0 games played: 100% refund
• 1 game played: 50% refund
• 2 or more games played: no refund
