What you’ll answer
- Your availability (weeknights, weekends, tournaments/events)
- Comfort level working in a fast-moving environment and interacting with customers
- Ability to follow food-safety, cleanliness, and cash-handling procedures
- Any relevant experience (helpful, but not required)
Quick role snapshot
Typical responsibilities may include:
- Customer service (friendly, efficient ordering and handoff)
- Food prep & serving (following posted instructions and portioning)
- Cleanliness (wiping surfaces, changing gloves, keeping areas tidy)
- Cash/card handling (following the process and asking questions when unsure)
- Closing tasks (restock notes, trash, wipe-down, basic reset for the next shift)
Role boundaries
You will not be expected to “figure it out alone.” Training and clear instructions are provided, and there is always a point of contact for questions.
If a safety or conflict issue comes up, your job is to pause, communicate, and escalate through the appropriate PYA contact.
Time to complete: about 3–5 minutes.
