PYA Concession Stand Worker Application
This form helps us staff the concession stand with reliable, friendly helpers who can follow simple food-safety procedures and keep lines moving. Concessions support our programs — your time directly helps PYA players and families.
What you’ll answer
Your availability (weeknights, weekends, tournaments/events)
Comfort level working in a fast-moving environment and interacting with customers
Ability to follow food-safety, cleanliness, and cash-handling procedures
Any relevant experience (helpful, but not required)

Typical responsibilities may include:
Customer service
(friendly, efficient ordering and handoff)
Food prep & serving
(following posted instructions and portioning)
Cleanliness
(wiping surfaces, changing gloves, keeping areas tidy)
Cash/card handling
(following the process and asking questions when unsure)
Closing tasks
(restock notes, trash, wipe-down, basic reset for the next shift)
Role boundaries
You will not be expected to “figure it out alone.” Training and clear instructions are provided, and there is always a point of contact for questions. If a safety or conflict issue comes up, your job is to pause, communicate, and escalate through the appropriate PYA contact.

about 3–5 minutes.
