This form helps us identify an organized, dependable person to coordinate volunteers and support smooth staffing for concessions, events, and other PYA needs. The Volunteer / Personnel Coordinator helps ensure coverage is clear, communication is consistent, and volunteers feel supported.

Typical responsibilities may include:
Volunteer recruitment & communication
(sharing needs clearly and answering questions)
Scheduling & coverage
(assigning shifts and confirming volunteers)
Follow-through
(reminders, check-ins, and making sure shifts are filled)
No-show handling
(documenting, communicating, and finding backup coverage)
Coordination with board/leads
(concessions, events, and program contacts)
Role boundaries
This role coordinates communication and coverage, but does not manage discipline or conflict alone. Any ongoing issues, safety concerns, or policy questions should be documented and escalated through appropriate PYA channels.
