Pacific Youth Association participates in the STLWest Athletic Association, a regional youth sports league that brings together community programs across the St. Louis West area for organized competition, shared rules, and balanced play.

This means your child experiences structured games and supportive competition while still being part of our local PYA community.
Managers & Coaches – STLWest Scheduling Access
Managers and coaches should continue using the STLWest Managers System to view official league schedules and game details.

This season, PYA is piloting a new internal scheduling system while still maintaining the official STLWest platform. We sincerely appreciate your patience and flexibility as we work through this transition and refine our processes.

All workers must sign up for shifts through this Concession Stand Program.
Volunteer (Account Credits)
$10.00 per hour credited to your PYA account.
Credits may be used toward registrations and field rentals.
Shift Tasks:
Cashier (21 and up) • Hot Food Cook • Food Prep • Runner/Cleaner • Board Member Manager
A board member will be present during all operations to serve as on-site manager and ensure procedures and safety standards are followed.

For players without a team, teams paying individually, and coaches.
  • Register here if your child does not have a team.
  • This option is also for players on teams choosing to register and pay individually.
  • Free agents are placed based on age, roster space, and coach availability.
  • Team placement is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
  • Coaches may enroll here to volunteer or be assigned to a team.

Team Registration (Baseball & Softball) | 4U–14U
How managers pre-roster and how players complete registration.
4U–6U (Pre-roster, players pay)
  • 4U–5U: Managers may pre-roster teams with 8–10 players. Managers do not pay. Players get an email to register and pay their portion.
  • 6U: Managers may pre-roster teams with 10–12 players. Managers do not pay. Players get an email to register and pay their portion.
7U–14U (Team fee + $0 roster)
Managers register the team, pre-roster players, and pay the team fee. Players then complete roster registration at $0 to appear on the official roster.
Tip: If you have 11+ players, paying as a team will save money.
