Games may begin Friday depending on divisions.

Softball: 10U, 12U, 14U
Baseball: 7/8U, 9/10U, 11/12U
Overview:
Robin Rumble is a round robin tournament. Each team plays every other team in its division once. More teams = more games. Minimum 3 games with a 4-team division.
Important Notes:
- All games hosted at PYA
- Games may start Friday
- Divisions will not be split
- STLWest Red Division rules apply
- Combined divisions play older age rules
- Bring your own balls for this tournament.

1st place awards in each division
Pricing:
PYA Teams: $150
Non-PYA Teams: $200
Pack the Park winners may use credits. Volunteers may use up to $25 in credits.

Concessions Stand Workers
All workers must sign up for shifts through this Concession Stand Program.
Volunteer (Account Credits)
$10.00 per hour credited to your PYA account.
Credits may be used toward registrations and field rentals.
Shift Tasks:
Cashier (21 and up) • Hot Food Cook • Food Prep • Runner/Cleaner • Board Member Manager
A board member will be present during all operations to serve as on-site manager and ensure procedures and safety standards are followed.

Background Checks - Spring 2026
PYA Volunteer Background Check Program
Pacific Youth Association (PYA) is committed to providing a safe and positive environment for all of our young athletes. To help protect our players, all volunteers who work directly with teams are required to complete a background check.
This applies to the following volunteer roles:
- Head Coaches
- Assistant Coaches
- Team Managers
- Dugout Parents
- PYA Board of Directors
Each team is allowed
up to four (4) approved volunteers who will regularly work with players. These approved volunteers will receive a
coupon code to waive the $25 background check fee.
If additional individuals would like to volunteer beyond the four approved team volunteers, we appreciate your willingness to help. Additional volunteers may participate but will need to
pay the $25 background check fee themselves.
Important:
- You only need to complete the background check once per year.
- If you coach multiple teams or serve as both a coach and a board member, one background check covers all roles.
Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and positive experience for all PYA athletes. Your time and dedication as a volunteer are greatly appreciated.
