Pack the Park Baseball Tournament

A high-energy weekend tournament at the PYA fields built for great baseball, loud crowds, and a packed ballpark atmosphere.

Dates: April 10–12
Schedule: Games will be played Friday–Sunday, depending on the number of teams per division. Teams should be prepared for games as early as Friday evening.

Divisions & Format:
7U–8U: Pitch Machine
9U–10U: Player Pitch
11U–12U: Player Pitch
13U–14U: Player Pitch

All teams are guaranteed two pool-play games followed by a single-elimination bracket. Games are scheduled as 90-minute games with a 30-minute buffer.

Enrollment Caps:
7U–8U: 10 teams
9U–10U: 6 teams
11U–12U: 6 teams
13U–14U: 6 teams

Once a division is full, teams may join the waitlist. Waitlisted teams may be accepted as field capacity allows.

Host Team Policy:
As the host organization, PYA teams are guaranteed entry if registered by the posted deadline. After that date, acceptance is based on division availability and waitlist order.

Pool assignments, brackets, and scheduling are determined by the tournament director. Registration order does not determine bracket placement or seeding.

Entry Fee:
FREE for all PYA teams
$100 Early Bird per team for non-PYA teams / $150 Regular

Awards:
Division winners receive their entry fee back as a PYA credit plus an award. Credit may be used for registrations, add-ons, and field rentals — anything at PYA except concessions.

Team Frequently Asked Questions

What is Team Registration?: Team Registration allows a manager for 7u -14u to register an entire team by paying one flat team fee. Players on a team-paid roster will still register individually for $0 to complete required waivers, emergency contact info, and uniform details.

Do team paid players still register.: Yes. All players must complete a $0 individual registration to sign waivers, provide emergency contacts, and enter roster information. This does NOT cost anything when the coach has already paid the team fee.

Can managers invite players?: Yes. Managers can use the “Invite Player” tool inside TeamSideline to send a registration link directly to families.

How many players can be on a team?: 4U–6U: Maximum roster size is 10 players. 7U–14U: Maximum rosters are 25 players. All Ages must have a min of 8 Players

What are the age cutoffs?: Each division has a maximum birthdate. Players cannot be older than that cutoff, but younger players are allowed.

How do players sign the waiver?: After your team is registered, each player will need to sign up individually through the Player Waiver Registration link and complete the online forms.

Do players have to pay again?: No—your team fee covers all players. Player sign-up is for waivers only.
