Paid Opportunities

These roles help keep our games running and our park supported. Availability can change by season.

Umpires

Paid game assignments. Training/support provided. Great for adults or older students looking for seasonal work.

Paid Concession Stand Workers

Help run the stand during games and tournaments (register, food prep, closing duties). Shifts vary by event schedule.

Volunteer Opportunities

These roles keep PYA organized, safe, and welcoming. Some positions may require a background check.

Board of Directors (Volunteer)

Lead programs, improve systems, and support families. View roles and open positions on the board page.

Volunteer / Personnel Coordinator

Coordinates volunteer coverage (concessions/events), communicates needs, and helps keep operations running smoothly.

Helps ensure safety policies are followed, supports incident response, and oversees background check compliance.

Concession Volunteer Shifts

Short shifts that make a big difference—stocking, serving, cleanup, and helping families have a great day at the park.

Grounds / Field Support

Occasional paid help or stipends (seasonal) for field prep, small projects, and game-day support as needed.

Event & Tournament Help

Help with check-in, parking flow, merchandise, hospitality, or field support during busy weekends.

Coaches & Assistant Coaches
