Pack the Park Softball Tournament

A high-energy weekend softball tournament at the PYA fields designed to bring teams together, fill the stands, and create an exciting ballpark atmosphere.

Dates: April 17–19
Schedule: Games may be played Friday evening through Sunday, depending on the number of teams per division. Teams should be prepared for possible Friday night games.

Divisions:
8U  •  10U  •  12U  •  14U

Entry Fee:
FREE for all PYA teams
$150 per team for non-PYA teams

Awards:
Division winners will receive their entry fee back as a PYA credit plus an award. Credit may be used for registrations, add-ons, and field rentals — excluding concessions.

Spots are limited. Teams accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Team Frequently Asked Questions
  • What is Team Registration?: Team Registration allows a manager for 7u -14u to register an entire team by paying one flat team fee. Players on a team-paid roster will still register individually for $0 to complete required waivers, emergency contact info, and uniform details.
  • Do team paid players still register.: Yes. All players must complete a $0 individual registration to sign waivers, provide emergency contacts, and enter roster information. This does NOT cost anything when the coach has already paid the team fee.
  • Can managers invite players?: Yes. Managers can use the “Invite Player” tool inside TeamSideline to send a registration link directly to families.
  • How many players can be on a team?: 4U–6U: Maximum roster size is 10 players. 7U–14U: Maximum rosters are 25 players. All Ages must have a min of 8 Players
  • What are the age cutoffs?: Each division has a maximum birthdate. Players cannot be older than that cutoff, but younger players are allowed.

  • How do players sign the waiver?: After your team is registered, each player will need to sign up individually through the Player Waiver Registration link and complete the online forms.
  • Do players have to pay again?: No—your team fee covers all players. Player sign-up is for waivers only.
